Do you work with strata and property managers?
Yes. We handle body corporate common-property trees, real estate pre-sale and pre-inspection work, and ongoing maintenance across multiple properties. We're reliable on timing, we document the work, and we deal with the council side so you don't have to chase it. Note that common-property trees always need a council application lodged by the body corporate or its representative.
Can you provide insurance certificates and a SWMS?
Of course. We carry $20M public liability and can supply a certificate of currency and a Safe Work Method Statement for the job on request. Strata managers and agents need a paper trail, and we keep one as standard.
