Before you call

How does your quoting process work?

Dead simple. You get in touch by phone, the form, or SMS. I aim to get back to you within 4 hours during business hours. I book a free site visit, look at the tree, check access and powerlines, and talk you through the options. Then you get a written quote with photos, a clear scope, and any council notes. The quote's valid for 30 days. Once you say yes, we book you in, show up on time, do the work, and clean up before we leave.

What areas do you cover?

The Tweed Coast and southern Gold Coast: Tweed Heads, Kingscliff, Cabarita, Pottsville, Bilambil Heights, the Northern Rivers, and across the border to Coolangatta, Tugun and Currumbin. Both sides of the NSW/QLD line, which is why we know both councils' rules.

We're based at Bilambil Heights and work roughly a 15 kilometre radius from there. That covers Banora Point, Terranora, Tweed Heads South and West, Chinderah, Tumbulgum, Fingal Head, Cudgen, Casuarina and Murwillumbah on the NSW side, and Kirra, Bilinga, Currumbin Waters, Elanora, Tallebudgera, Palm Beach and Burleigh Heads on the Queensland side.

The border matters more than people expect. Tweed Shire generally wants approval for local native trees 5 metres or taller, while the City of Gold Coast works off trees over 4 metres or 40cm girth. Same street, different rules — we'll tell you which set applies to your place.

What if I miss your call or you miss mine?

If we miss your call you'll get an SMS back within 60 seconds so you're never left wondering. You can also text photos of the tree straight to the same number, which honestly speeds the whole thing up.

The reason we run it that way: most of the day we're up a tree or running a chipper, and neither is a good time to answer a phone. The auto-text means you're not left guessing whether we got the message or whether you should ring someone else.

Photos help more than you'd think. A shot of the whole tree, one of the base, and one showing what's around it — fence, roof, powerlines, driveway access — is usually enough for a ballpark before anyone drives out. For anything urgent, say so in the text and we'll call you back as soon as we're on the ground.
