Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only where we need to in order to do the work:

• Our crew, so they can plan and complete your job.
• Trusted service providers who help us run the business, including our quoting and scheduling platform (Jobber), our enquiry and messaging tools (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), our website host (Cloudflare), and mapping and listing services (Google).
• Our AQF Level 5 arborist partner, where your job needs a report or a dangerous-tree determination.
• Tweed Shire Council or City of Gold Coast, only where you ask us to help support an approval.
• Government bodies, insurers or advisers where the law allows or requires it.

Overseas storage

Some of the providers above store data on servers outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to use providers that protect your information to a standard consistent with the APPs.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat your details carefully and limit who can see them.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the work and to meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations, then we securely delete or de-identify it.

Accessing and correcting your information
