The Casuarina jobs almost always come down to access. The blocks are narrow, the houses are close together, and there’s rarely room to drop anything, so it’s climb-and-rig or bring in machinery. The other thing to watch here is the estate side. Some complexes and the master-planned areas have landscape plans on file, which means a tree that looks self-assessable can still need a council application. We sort out which category your tree falls into so you’re not caught out, and we coordinate the body corporate side where the tree is on common property.

Casuarina is young enough that a lot of its trees were planted at the same time, and they’re now hitting the size the original landscaping never really allowed for. On these narrow blocks that shows up fast: roots lifting driveways and paths, canopies crowding the eaves and the neighbour’s fence, and feature plantings that have simply outgrown the spot they went into.
